Two and a half days in one hall with the command staff, procurement officers and trainers who write the specs and sign the orders.
Who’s in the room
A closed event, on both sides of the table. Attendee badges are verified against a role that specifies, recommends or purchases public order and special-events equipment — and the exhibit floor is curated, not sold to whoever gets there first. No students, no press passes, nobody wandering in off the street.
- Command staff & decision-makers
- Procurement & acquisition leads
- Trainers & special-events units
- Municipal, county & state police
- Sheriff’s offices & state agencies
- National Guard & military
- Federal law enforcement
- Fire, EMS & corrections
If they’re in the building, they’re someone worth your time.
One hall.
No empty aisles.
At most conferences the exhibit hall is a separate room attendees have to decide to walk into — and you spend the afternoon watching an empty aisle while everyone’s in a breakout.
Ours isn’t a separate room. The main stage, the exhibit floor, every lunch and every break share one hall for two and a half days. And the program is built with roughly 25 minutes between every session — so the entire room empties onto the floor, several times a day, on purpose.
The gaps between sessions are long enough to actually stop, ask a question and pick something up — not long enough to leave the building.
Lunch Wednesday and Thursday, plus all coffee and snack service, is served on the floor. Not down a corridor.
Live vehicle and equipment demonstrations run on the floor itself — the reason most people came.
Your four days on site
Move in Tuesday. Exhibit Wednesday through Friday. Home by the weekend.
Exhibit hall hours are protected — nothing is programmed against them off the floor.
Pick your level
Each level adds a different kind of thing, not more of the same — space, then reach, then the audience, then the lanyard, then demonstration, then the conference’s own name.

Add to any level, or reserve standalone. Each is exclusive unless noted — first to commit, first served.
Lanyards are not sold separately — they belong to the three Gold sponsors.
How to reserve
No instant checkout. Exhibit space at this conference is offered by invitation and confirmed by review — we’re building a floor rather than filling one.
FAQs
Is this open to any vendor?
No. Exhibit and sponsor space is offered by invitation. We select vendors against what this audience actually specifies and buys, and we keep direct competitors apart on the floor. If you received an invitation, your space is held pending application review.
What’s the difference between a booth and Bronze?
A booth buys presence — whoever walks up to your table is who you meet. Bronze buys reach beyond it: your logo goes on the website, hall signage and printed program, you’re featured in a sponsor spotlight on Geoff Perrin’s LinkedIn, and your logo appears in the pre-event email to every registered attendee. Plus a third badge and placement priority.
When is the exhibit hall actually open?
Wednesday 7 April and Thursday 8 April, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Friday 9 April, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Move-in is Tuesday 6 April from 9:00 AM, with the welcome reception on the floor that evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Nothing is programmed off the floor during exhibit hours.
Will people actually leave the sessions to visit booths?
They don’t have to leave anything. The stage and the floor are in the same hall, and the program is built with roughly 25 minutes between sessions — plus lunch and every coffee break served on the floor. The room turns over onto the aisles several times a day by design.
How many people will actually be there?
We’re building for 750 or more. This is the first year of this conference, so we’re not going to print a number we can’t stand behind. What we can tell you is that it’s closed, vetted, co-hosted with the Salt Lake City Police Department, and everyone in the building spends the whole conference in the same hall as your booth.
What comes with a booth?
A 10×10 space, an 8-foot draped table, two chairs, a booth ID sign and two exhibitor badges. Electrical, internet, additional furnishings and material handling are ordered through the exhibitor service kit released in February 2027.
Can I bring a vehicle onto the floor?
Yes, with advance notice and fire marshal approval. Declare it on your application — vehicle move-in is scheduled separately from general move-in and we plan floor space around it.
How do I get a live demonstration slot?
Demonstration slots belong to Platinum and Title sponsors. There are four in total.
Can I choose my own booth location?
Placement is assigned rather than self-selected — it’s how we manage sponsor positions and keep direct competitors apart. Commit early and tell us your preference; we work with it wherever we can.
Is lunch provided on move-in day?
Yes. We serve lunch to exhibitors during Tuesday move-in, and everyone’s invited to the welcome reception on the show floor that evening. We ask for a rough headcount on the application and confirm closer to the show.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations before 1 February 2027 forfeit the deposit only. No refunds after 1 February 2027.
Hold your space
Space is assigned in the order it’s committed. Early commitments get placement priority — and there are only four demo slots.
